It is for those who have a vested interest in bringing awareness, education, quality and affordablity of Allopathic, Complementary And Alternative Complementary (CAM) services to the community.

HOLISTIC / ALLOPATHIC HEALTH & WELLNESS
TFL members will assist individuals in:

Gently guiding the healing process in which to establish emotional, spiritual physical and mental balance.
Assist in choosing the best path in which to reach the goals that promote health and wellness.
Refer client/patient to another specialist if the treatment needed is outside their scope of practice.

Option to list the name of your business, address, phone number and website on the online database of TFL Practitioner Network.
Obtain various forms of discounts on services and products from participating practitioner network providers.
Option to be listed in the printed TFL directory of holistic practitioners and events brochure that is dispersed around the local community stores to new and existing members, sponsors and contributors nationwide. ($20 monthly)
Stay connected via emails with current up to date with new practitioners, healing modalities, events, workshops in holistic education and entertainment.
List one holistic related workshop/event/service/video.

To qualify for a TFL Holistic Practitioner Membership you:

Agree to offer your support in the mission and purpose of TFL so we can offer quality and affordable holistic health care services by way of a sliding scale fee or discounted services.
Offer holistic health related services, products or educational programs.
Provide alternative and complementary (CAM) services
Are willing to work alongside and in partnership with your patients/clients and their health care providers.
Be proactive in guiding and encouraging a holistic approach to health & wellness.
Be current with insurance and licensure in the modality that you offer.
Make a yearly contribution of $65.

HOLISTIC / ALLOPATHIC HEALTH & WELLNESS
TFL holistic practitioner members will assist individuals in:

Gently guiding the healing process in which to establish emotional, spiritual physical and mental balance.
Assist in choosing the best path in which to reach the goals that promote health and wellness.
Refer client/patient to another specialist if the treatment needed is outside their scope of practice.

To qualify for a TFL Membership for your organization or insitution you:

Advocate and encourage a holistic approach to health & wellness.
Offer holistic health related services, products or educational programs.
Provide alternative and complementary (CAM) services
Hold up to date and current insurance and licensure and permits in business as well as all modilaites offered.
Make a yearly contribution of $125.

HOLISTIC / ALLOPATHIC HEALTH & WELLNESS
TFL organization & institution members will assist individuals in:

Gently guiding the healing process in which to establish emotional, spiritual physical and mental balance.
Assist in choosing the best path in which to reach the goals that promote health and wellness.
Refer client/patient to another specialist if the treatment needed is outside their scope of practice.

TFL ORGANIZATION or INSITUTION MEMBER
TFL Member Benefits:

Touch For Life Foundation is launching the 20/20 Vision Quest Campaign

20/20 Vision Quest is seeing with clarity what is important in maintaining health and well being in the human person and having a compassionate heart to follow suit.

Your contribution of wealth, time, effort or ideas can be made outside of TFL membership. Membership, sponsorship and donations support our impartial services and programs. Any way that you’d want to become involved -- big or small -- in supporting TFL will be put to good use.

20/20 VISION QUEST: INDIVIDUAL SPONSORHIP: $40 - $200 per month
Get a group of people together to sponsor a friend or family member. You can sponsor one time or on a continuous and regular basis, ensuring that your friend or family member is receiving the compassionate care that they deserve.

Only with additional resources donated through you can we complete these goals.
